HVAC in gyms is a must

I was astounded by how great that heating & cooling equipment works.

The exercise scene has never been something I could entirely get into with any sort of consistency. I did my whole join at the gym, worked out for a month or so and then never went back to routine too many times. While gyms have absolutely changed and improved, I just still am not all that into it. A lot of it has to do with the HVAC. I got a guest pass from a friend recently to see if maybe the gym would be for me now. The gym itself was pretty amazing given all the different programs and how nicely it was laid out. However, I ran into that HVAC problem again. I would guess that the gym was near 70 or 80 percent capacity. The HVAC just couldn’t keep up. The air was so thick with moisture from all the covered in sweat people that it was just oppressive. So, my spouse and I discussed it and decided to do a home gym in our basement. The basement in our home is sort of semi finished. But far from a completed residing area. Both of us knew that we would have to do something about the heating and cooling situation. There were no HVAC vents in the basement so we called the HVAC people for help. They in turn installed a ductless HVAC equipment in the corner where we put our home gym. I was astounded by how great that heating & cooling equipment works. Now, my spouse and I can enjoy our current shared interest while exercising in HVAC comfort. There will be no hot, gross gyms for us. We’ll just happily go to the basement for our workouts.
