In this life it is not worth taking risky chances in my opinion.
You never can be too sure when something could go wrong.
And this is exactly how I feel when it comes to my central heating and air conditioning system. I always have my central heating and air conditioning system tuned up and checked up once every single season. And I also have a heating and air conditioning service plan in place as well to protect me from any unforeseen disasters that may happen throughout the year. It is much better to be safe than sorry! Call me paranoid, but this is exactly how I feel about the whole heating and air conditioning system thing. I guess it is because some years ago I had really bad luck with my central heating and air conditioning unit when I lived in another home. The central heating and air conditioning system had kept breaking down on me every single season. Sometimes twice within a season. It was really crazy. I put out so much money on heating and cooling repair I almost went to the poor house! I did not have a heating and cooling service plan at that time nor did I do regular HVAC tune ups and check ups. Once I moved, my whole attitude changed. And by taking these extra steps that I do now, I find that I have not one time had an issue with my central heating and air conditioning system that was too serious thankfully!
