My child was coming condo from school & since his little brother had taken his room, I decided to convert the garage for him, then now since Winter time was round the corner, I realized that I had to make sure that the garage was hospitable enough for someone to comfortably live in there.

On the same day, every one of us were running a Heating & A/C tune-up on our program since the temperature control was not working & some of the heat & AC products were worn out. The boiler in the main home had stopped working & so boiler maintenance was also being performed on it in order to help with indoor comfort. As the servicemans knew more about heating than any of us, they emphasized to us the importance of annual heat pump service… My child got to enjoy his new living quarters & it was sizzling & cozy in there, then he enjoyed it more than his actual dining room that now belonged to his kid brother. The unit in the garage lasted for approximately 15 years & after my child left, I turned the garage, now a dining room, into an office.
