For about 6 years now, my hubby Frank plus I have been running a small Accounting company here in town.

The people I was with and I have a part-time Admin, Sherry, who comes in 3 times per month to perform administrative duties. The people I was with and I print a lot of documents as section of our job, for example, tax returns, financial statements, company reports, just to name a few. So, you can only imagine that we need to have printers that can keep up with the demand. At times, we have had to outsource printing because the files were too large. I am not a fan of this plan because some of those documents are highly confidential. This afternoon, after I voiced my concerns, Frank asked Sherry to research commercial printers plus copiers. She presented the cost to us, plus I was shocked at how affordable these printers were. I especially love the features on the high-performance Epson commercial printer because it is able to print 100 pages per minute. With that print speed, I would no longer need to outsource to printing companies… Frank is on board, so she advises Sherry to find out the process of getting the printer into the office plus I am so happy about it. Right now, we have 2 printers that I would donate to charity once we purchase the new commercial printer. Over the years, we have used so more than 2 of these smaller printers, plus some have not been reliable, so it is time for an replace especially because our company is consistently growing with new patrons.
