Cleaning up

In the fall months of the year, the leaves blow all over the place.

Then, when you have a storm on top of it, you get all kinds of debris along with the leaves.

This past fall we had a few, and each and every single time all the debris and leaves crowded my central heating and air conditioning system unit. Because of this, I had to clean everything up. If you end up with leaves and debris around your central heating and air conditioning system unit, it could actually cause a break down or worse. What you need to do is always keep up on this to avoid a high HVAC repair bill or having to replace your entire central heating and cooling unit. A friend of mine did not do this and ended up having to spend several thousand dollars on a brand new, up to date and very pricey central heating and air conditioning system unit. I felt pretty bad for him. But it gave me a heads up to take note and not let it happen to me! This is why I always clean up all the leaves and debris that crowds around my central heating and air conditioning system. I never forget to do it either. Even if there is not a storm, I will go out there every single weekend and clean up any leaves that are around the central heat and a/c unit. All it takes is an hour or less of my time to save me thousands of dollars in the long run. I highly suggest that anyone and everyone should do this also.
