In the fall months of the year, the leaves blow all over the place, then, when you have a storm on top of it, you get all kinds of debris along with the leaves.
This past fall both of us had a few, and each and every single time all the debris and leaves crowded our central heating and a/c unit unit, and because of this, I had to clean everything up, if you end up with leaves and debris around your central heating and a/c unit unit, it could cause a breakdown or worse.
What you need to do is always keep up on this to avoid a high Heating and A/C repair bill or having to upgrade your entire central heating and cooling unit, however an associate of mine did not do this and ended up having to spend thousands dollars on a brand new, and expensive central heating and a/c unit unit. I felt pretty bad for him. But it gave me a heads up to take note and not let it happen to me! This is why I always clean up all the leaves and debris that crowds around my central heating and a/c unit. I never forget to do it either, even if there is not a storm, I will go out there every single weekend and clean up any leaves that are around the central heat and a/c unit. All it takes is an hour or less of my time to save myself thousands of dollars in the long run. I highly suggest that anyone and pretty much everyone should do this also.
