Since my dad passed away almost many years ago it seems care about everything in her home is falling apart.
She built the place by hand himself about twenty years ago and I guess that it is the lifespan of a lot of things as it seems care about the whole home needs to be replaced.
We just put on a modern roof and are going to replace all of the rotting windows next to the tune of over $60K. The Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C program is the next thing on the list because it has been acting up for a while now and both of us are pretty sure it is on its last legs. My dad would normally do all of the repairs himself to save money, however now that she is gone both of us are having to hire corporations to do all of the work instead. I’ve cleaned the air duct and filters since being here for the past month but I guess it needs more than that. I had the grill cleaned on the condenser however it still seems care about it isn’t cooling the home down easily well. I think that both of us just need to buy modern Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C equipment because this component is pretty much at the end of its life as it is over 15 years old. When my dad originally built the home she didn’t have any heat or air because she thought the ceiling fans would cool them down enough. Well, after covered in sweat for more than four years she finally broke down and put in a central heat and air component to the surprise and joy of my stepmom.
