I recently went to a high school reunion and met up with an old pal from school I had not seen in decades! Probably since shortly after we graduated high school, which was well over 30 years ago.
I was very shocked to find out that my old pal now owns a heating and air conditioning company in the city he lives in.
I’m not talking an independent heating and air conditioning company with him as an independent heat and a/c contractor either. I am talking he owns a full on regular heating and cooling company in his town! I knew he was going for his certification to become a heating and air conditioning specialist when we left high school. But I would have never imagined he would have turned into a business man as well and own a major heating and air conditioning corporation in his area. I was so proud of him when I heard this news! Who would have thought? It is just too bad I do not live anywhere near where he does, because he offered me a lifetime special discount on all of their heating and cooling home services if I had been able to take him up on it. It almost makes me wanna move just to get that deal! But I have a good career and a nice wife and kids to support where I am, so that would be totally out of the question. But I am extremely proud of my old pal. I wish him the very best and continued success in his HVAC business.
