He told me to call as many times as I needed to get in touch with someone. After the fifteenth phone call and as many messages, I finally got a return call. The guy told me they were severely busy this time of year, and apologized for not getting back in touch. I was getting ready to say something when he asked me to hold. I couldn’t say yup or no before the phone went to rock n roll. I was annoyed and fuming by the time he got back to me. When he said excuse me again, I told his if he put me on hold one more time, I was going to come to the HVAC office and hold his hostage until I had my air conditioning system device repaired. She apologized and said he was sure I was only jesting, but I wasn’t. After three afternoons of calling and leaving messages, there was no humor left in my body. I wanted my air conditioning system device repaired, and I wanted it done now. She said there was a waiting list, which I was sure of. If pretty much everyone was being ignored, it was going to take a while for them to get to pretty much everyone. She promised an HVAC company for the next day, and I thanked her. I also told his if the HVAC company didn’t show up within the three-hour window, I was going to the owner of the corporation.
