I had already called the Heating as well as Air Conditioning business about five times and I still hadn’t gotten a return phone call.
I asked my hubby how times I should call the Heating as well as Air Conditioning corporation, before I offered up. He told me to call as several times as I needed to get in touch with someone. After the fifteenth phone call and as several messages, I finally got a return call. The woman told me they were severely busy this time of year, and apologized for not getting back in touch. I was getting ready to say something when she asked me to hold. I could not say yep or no before the phone went to music. I was angry and fuming by the time she got back to me. When she said excuse me again, I told her if she put me on hold one more time, I was going to come to the Heating as well as Air Conditioning office and hold her hostage until I had my air conditioning unit repaired. She apologized and said she was sure I was only jesting, but I wasn’t. After three afternoons of calling and leaving messages, there was no humor left in my body. I wanted my air conditioning unit repaired, and I wanted it done now. She said there was a waiting list, which I was sure of. If all the people was being ignored, it was going to take a while for them to get to all the people. She promised an Heating as well as Air Conditioning professional for the next day, and I thanked her. I also told her if the Heating as well as Air Conditioning professional didn’t show up within the three-hour window, I was going to the owner of the corporation.
