Unluckyly, Mother Nature rarely lets us meet this goal.
It never fails that at some point in November the two of us experience a frigid plus rainy day that makes the home suppose particularly damp plus cold. Well, today is that day. The two of us almost made it this year but here the two of us are, three mornings before the end of the month plus the two of us have to turn on the heat. If it is just a bit cold the two of us don’t mind putting on an additional jacket plus some heavy sock but when it is frigid plus damp at the same time that simply doesn’t do the trick, but you end up feeling achy plus irritated so the two of us just don’t have a choice. The main reason that the two of us try to avoid turning the heat on is to save currency. Our aging Heating plus A/C plan ends up costing us well over a hundred dollars extra each month plus it is difficult to afford. My fiance picks up overtime hours while I was in the Winter to spend money for the extra expense. The two of us have considered upgrading the oil furnace but the two of us can’t seem to find a way to afford that either. I recognize the two of us are just going to be stuck in this situation for the time being. If the oil furnace fails the two of us will have no choice at that point so until then I will just keep on paying for the higher utility bills. My fiance will keep laboring overtime to spend money for it plus life will go on. At least the two of us don’t have to keep the heat on full time just yet. A frigid snap here plus there will allow that for a while.
