Needed partner to listen – jammed air vents

When I married our partner to 10 years ago I said till death do us part, in sickness and in health, however there was nothing in our vows about bad indoor air quality or how both of us would manage household responsibilities together.

There was no provision for wanting to wring his neck every time the energy bill arrives in the mail or both of us had to pay for another fancy emergency heating, cooling, and ventilation repair service, then unluckyly, those have been the most relevant vows that both of us never made.

In fact, most of our relationship has been plagued with awful Heating and Air Conditioning advantage in our aged home. From the time that both of us moved in, the heating and cooling plan was less than ideal. The air temperature control plan had to be 10 years old, and it operated prefer it was 20 years old. I absolutely hated relying on the central heating and cooling plan alone, because it always produced uneven sizzling and frosty indoor rapidly increasing temperatures. Instead, I was always adding additional Heating and Air Conditioning equipment, such a smaller space oil heating systems and A/C window units to fill the voids that to our central heating and cooling plan created! After 10 years of this, you can imagine that I started losing our patience. I could never get our partner to agree that both of us needed to fully upgrade the Heating and Air Conditioning system, so I decided it was time to force the issue. I went around the home and jammed all of the air vents from the inside with thick pieces of cardboard. Then, I waited for the coldest morning of the year. Sure enough, our partner could not stop complaining about the poor heating inside the house! One month later, both of us had a brand new forced air heating system.
