I don’t know what is wrong with my HVAC but it seems to mess up when I think I am doing the right thing.
- A few years back, I got my HVAC system tune-up before the winter, and then in the winter my furnace was experiencing problems.
It didn’t entirely break down but it was struggling pretty bad and I had to call the HVAC company again to have it worked on. I remember the HVAC technician saying I should have gotten a tune-up for my furnace in the spring, and then I told him I did do that… It was strange because he was the same HVAC technician that handled the tune-up for the furnace. I think maybe it was because this guy was incompetent or something. Then the following winter, I didn’t even bother with getting the furnace tuned up before the winter. It was amazing that I went through the whole winter with no problems. I did the same thing again the following year, and no problems… Then I was thinking that a third year without any HVAC tune-up would be risky, so I decided to get the furnace tuned up. I couldn’t believe it when the furnace was having troubles again, and after I had the tune-up! I finally decided that perhaps it was the HVAC company that was the problem. It seemed like their HVAC workers didn’t really know what they were doing and I was suspicious that they were breaking my HVAC on purpose so I would have to call them back. I think it’s time to switch HVAC companies.
