Relocating bees from the home

I’ve regularly liked bees, and i guess they are cute.

I never thought I could do anything to help them, since they kind of did their own thing & I did mine, but later on though, I found out that the bee’s population is dropping drastically, & it spells trouble.

So when I found that I had a small bee colony forming close to our house, I decided to help! Unfortunately, 1 of the main problems of bee population decline is due to the fact that there are hornets, but hornets actively kill bees & their colonies, & can kill entire colonies in an hour; Afraid that hornets would find the colony, I decided to call in professionals. I called a honey bee helpline & they explained what I could do to conserve the bees, one of the best ways to protect them is to call a bee rescue where beekeepers come & collect the bees to add to their colonies, however those colonies are kept under a watchful eye to make sure that nothing bad happens to them. I found a useful website that provided a number to a bee removal & relocation site. I called them & they were able to come in the same afternoon. They arrived & gently detachd the bees. I called to ask about the beekeeper’s site, & they explained how the process worked, but even though I didn’t do anything big, I am ecstatic that I was able to contribute in some small way. I decided to look out for any other bee colonies & told our friends to do the same, hopefully together every one of us can help bring the bee population back up.
