I’m too lazy to change my air filter.

One of my various admitted faults is my propensity to push off doing things for as long as I can.

My mother called me lazy, my dad thought I was smoking pot, and it turns out they were both right. I would say that my laziness outweighs my pot smoking, though, because once I didn’t smoke for several weeks because I didn’t feel like driving all the way across town to score some. Both my laziness and my pot smoking caught up with me recently, and thanks to this lockdown I have no way to remedy the situation. Do any of you have any clue how I can get my heating and A/C system actually working again? I have not had the heating and cooling component worked on in years, and with all the heavy smoke inside my condo, I am thinking that I genuinely should have had it tuned up regularly. I believe that smoke can collect in the air vents and ducts, and will quickly clog up an air filter. That made me realize that I had not changed my air filter in the condo even once in the 3 years I have lived here, which is genuinely a really bad thing. When I hold my hand up in front of the air vent I can barely notice any air moving at all. I would check the air filter, except for I know I don’t have a replacement anyway, and I also don’t know exactly where the air filter is located. I told you I had never changed the air filter before!
