I thought the box included an instructional DVD

Sure enough, that’s exactly where the DVD was located.

I ordered an air purifier from an online HVAC product warehouse. I didn’t plan on buying an air purifier, but the deal was too good to let go. The warehouse was slashing prices left and right and I saved $200 on the air purifier. My sister bought one for her house and she spent almost five hundred bucks. I was proud that I found one for less than $300. When the equipment arrived, I was overwhelmed. I thought I would find a few pieces in the box, but the air purifier required quite a bit of installation. I looked all over the floor for the instructional DVD that was supposed to be included with the air purifier. I didn’t see the video anywhere and I looked for five or ten minutes. I finally gave up and called the warehouse. I sat on hold for fifteen minutes. When someone finally answered the phone, the guy told me that the video had to be in the box. He told me to look on the underside of the lid, because sometimes they tape or glue the DVD to the box. Sure enough, that’s exactly where the DVD was located. I probably would have thrown the trash away and never even realized the DVD was there if I had not called the information line. The DVD was really helpful with the installation and it only took an hour to set everything up once I located the video. The air purifier is a great addition to my home. It removes all of the pet hair and dust from the indoor air and it keeps us safe from the coronavirus and other indoor germs.
