I am really beginning to get frustrated at this one HVAC company.
This will be the 4th time that I call them and have them send a HVAC technician out to fix my air conditioner. The first time all my cooling unit needed was a simple repair, but it seems like ever since this one HVAC professional “fixed” it, I’ve had more problems than ever! At first I thought it was a mistake one of them made. No problem, mistakes happen. Then at the second time I was beginning to get frustrated, but I hadn’t lost my patience yet. By the 3rd time, I was wondering what is going on with that HVAC business. Now this is going to be the 4th time I call the HVAC business to complain of my air conditioning unit supposedly getting fixed, and it never was fixed to begin with. I notice that it is with the same guy as well, so this time, I am requesting a different HVAC serviceman to fix my HVAC device, because I think the other one is incompetent. Sure enough, after I had a different HVAC repairman come out and repair my air conditioning unit, I’ve no issues getting it to work. I hate to do it, but I had to call and complain to the HVAC corporation about the one heating and cooling technician. I hate complaining, but they can’t have someone that has no idea what they’re doing. Hopefully, they can train the guy so he can become better at actually fixing and repairing HVAC components.
