My father kept telling me that I was aged enough to have a task and get out on our own.
I wasn’t interested in getting a task or an apartment.
I knew our mom would back me, but I didn’t want her to get in trouble with dad. Mom told me that she would help me get a task and she would talk dad into letting me make the home over the garage, livable. I didn’t think this would work for dad, and I didn’t just want a task. I wanted a career. I finished high school five years ago, and I knew I would not be able to get a career without school or training. Mom told me they were holding classes at the local school. As much as I didn’t want to do it, I went to the school. They were offering Heating and Air Conditioning classes. I thought even if I didn’t want to be an Heating and Air Conditioning worker, I could consistently work on mom and dad’s oil furnace or air conditioning unit, or even on our own someday. I signed up, knowing mom would help me with the tuition. Once I started classes, I realized I had a knack for this kind of work. I entirely appreciated working with Heating and Air Conditioning systems. When they began telling us about the automated Heating and Air Conditioning systems, I was hooked. I had consistently loved working with PCs. I was excellent when it came to playing PC games. I had a lot of practice with them over the past five years. I couldn’t wait to take added courses to learn how automated systems and Heating and Air Conditioning worked together.
