My dad owns her own Heating plus Air Conditioning supplier and my siblings and I all toil there in some sort of capacity… We all think everything that there is to think about Heating plus Air Conditioning systems and the people I was with and I usually get along absolutely well so it’s a pretty good toil environment for us, and the only thing that absolutely ends up being a problem for us at our little family owned Heating plus Air Conditioning supplier is the fact that my dad refuses to relinquish any sort of control when it comes to running the business, i can understand the fact that he’s protective of the Heating plus Air Conditioning business, since he’s the a single who built it from the ground up, then my dad started the supplier back about forty years ago when she first graduated from high university and finished getting her Heating plus Air Conditioning certification from the local technical university! Ever since then, she has done absolutely everything for the supplier from the heating and cooling repairs and maintenance jobs all the way to scheduling appointments, keeping the books, and helping people decide on what sort of Heating plus Air Conditioning idea they need in their homes, but he’s absolutely the go to girl in our city when it comes to anything related to heating and cooling systems.
The only thing that he’s disappointing at, in my opinion, is advertising our family owned Heating plus Air Conditioning business. She flat out refuses to run specials on furnace tune ups in the winter, even though all of our competitors in the area do it. She constantly tells us that the only advertising the people I was with and I need is word of mouth from all of our pleased Heating plus Air Conditioning clients.
