My brother lived in the city and asked us to move out there. Though we were scared, the dream was bigger than our fears of the unknown. We moved and rented a small apartment in an old building. It wasn’t the best side of town, but there was extra space in the basement. The owner allowed us to set up our company warehouse. Little by little, we began spreading the word and got more people interested in our amazing products. However, we had an issue at the apartment. The utility bills were so high that we had to have a chat with the landlord. I’d worked with an AC expert for some time back home and inquired if the apartment complex HVAC unit had been serviced before. The landlord was straightforward and told us it hadn’t. We request he calls over an HVAC technician to come and service the AC unit. This would go a long way in lowering our energy bills. Somehow we managed to convince him, and he contacted an AC mechanic. The AC mechanic gave the apartment HVAC a thorough inspection and made so many repairs. All that work reflected the next month when everyone’s energy bill was lower. The landlord was pleased with the news since the tenants had stopped complaining about the high utility bills. He promised to have the AC mechanic come back every three months to service the system at the apartment complex.
