The owner allowed us to set up our supplier warehouse, but little by little, we began spreading the word and got more people interested in our amazing products. But, we had an issue at the apartment. The utility bills were so high that we had to have a chat with the landlord. I’d worked with an A/C expert for some time when we lived at our old house and I inquired if the house complex Heating and Air Conditioning unit had been maintained before. The landlord was straightforward and told us it hadn’t. The two of us request that she calls over a Heating and Air Conditioning specialist to come and repair the A/C unit. This would go a long way in lowering our energy bills. Somehow we managed to convince her, and she contacted an A/C mechanic. The A/C mechanic gave the house Heating and Air Conditioning a thorough inspection and made so many repairs. But, all of the work was worth it when we got our next energy bill and it was lower. The landlord was happy to hear that news and renters stopped complaining about high energy bills. The landlord promised to have the HVAC technician come back every three months to repair the systems and do regular maintenance at the apartment complex.
