My brother lived in the city and suggested we move there to make our business bigger. Even though we were scared to move to an unfamiliar big city, our dreams were much bigger than our fears of the unknown. We found and rented a small apartment. It wasn’t on the best side of town. However, it had a big basement that we could use to run our small business. Little by little, we began spreading the word and got more people interested in our amazing products. However, we had an issue at the apartment. The energy bills were so high that we had to have a chat with the landlord. I’d worked with an AC expert a few years back and inquired if the apartment complex Heating and A/C component had been inspected before. The landlord was straightforward and told us it hadn’t. Both of us requested that he call an HVAC professional to come and look at the unit and do any needed repairs. This would make a big difference in our energy bills. We were able to convince him and he contacted a HVAC technician to come the next day. The AC mechanic gave the Heating and A/C a thorough inspection and made numerous repairs.All that work reflected the next month when everyone’s energy bill was lower. The landlord was pleased with the news since the tenants had stopped complaining about the high energy bills. He promised to have the AC mechanic come back every couple months at the apartment complex.
