I wanted to work in my business.

But, after a few months, I realized that I needed a larger market and more exposure to keep my business alive. I spoke to my brother who lived in the city and he convinced me to move there. I was scared at first to move to a new area but the dreams I had were much stronger than my fears of the unknown. I ended up moving to the city and finding a small apartment to rent in an old building. It was not located in the best part of town, but the apartment came with a basement which would give me plenty of space to run my business from. As time went by, more and more people were becoming interested in the products I sold and business was booming. But, I had an issue at the apartment. The utility bills were so high that I had to have a chat with the property owner. I’d worked with an A/C expert for some time before and I inquired if the apartment complex Heating, Ventilation and A/C machine had been serviced before. The property owner was straightforward and told us it hadn’t. I requested that he call over a Heating, Ventilation and A/C specialist to come plus repair the A/C unit. This would go a long way in lowering our monthly bills. Somehow, I managed to convince him, and he contacted an A/C mechanic. The A/C mechanic provided the apartment Heating, Ventilation and A/C a thorough inspection and made so many repairs. All that work reflected the next month when almost everyone’s energy bill was lower. The property owner was pleased with the news since the leaseholders had stopped complaining about the high utility bills. He promised to have the A/C mechanic come back every 3 months to repair the system at the apartment complex.
