There seemed to be no other way to manage until new HVAC technology changed everything.
These days, we have powerful HEPA filters and advanced UV air purification systems. There are also powerful whole-home humidifiers that help a great deal with keeping the perfect amount of humidity in the home. I have come to learn that with these HVAC components in place, my allergies virtually become non-existent. Of course, I still have issues when I travel places, but I can take the OTC allergy medicine when running errands, I don’t need the powerful stuff anymore. In the past without all the new HVAC technology, I would be suffering and miserable constantly. There was no escape from the torture and most days I felt like I couldn’t even breathe. I can’t tell you how awful it is to try to live that way and there was a time when I considered ending my life because I couldn’t deal with it. I’m so thankful for new HVAC technology that has literally changed my life. I actually have hope for the future and I have already been doing things I never thought would happen in my life. I am even engaged to a wonderful young lady who happens to enjoy the excellent air quality just as much as I do. She has severe allergies as well, so we truly are able to relate. I never thought I would find somebody else who could truly understand the torture I went through when I was younger.
