I was quite excited when I was able to start my own bakery.
The only issue when I first found the building I wanted to lease was the HVAC equipment.
I was entirely unsure what would be the most cost-effective solution. Fortunately, the HVAC professional who came out really knew his stuff. He said we should go for a ductless multi-split which would cover multiple zones for customized temperature control. He showed me some impressive ceiling units that would be perfect and discrete. The HVAC system has both heating and cooling functions and is extremely energy efficient. The energy costs were honestly one of my greatest concerns, but now I have no need to worry. The ductless multi-split is fantastic because in the dining section, we can have the perfect temperature control settings. In the baking section, we just have to make sure the workers are comfortable enough, but it doesn’t have to be quite as nice as the dining area. I’m amazed with how much we have been saving on the energy costs so far being in business. Also, business has been doing well. With word of mouth and our new website, people have been coming out regularly to try out our different products. We even sell baked goods to most of the local grocery stores and our products have become especially popular in no time at all. I wonder if we will have to open a new location in the future to keep up with all the demand for our baked goods. We will likely need more space to handle all the business.
