When it comes to technology, I appreciate the smart kind.
In the past, it was normal to have older technology because that old technology now was new for the time. However, things have changed and time has moved on and now it is unquestionably familiar for all the people to have a smart control device rather than a dial control unit. However not everybody is interested in moving on, and unluckyly my landlord is 1 of those people. Because I do not have the currency to buy a house, I live in an apartment. In the new home building there are some of the cheapest and worst heating and cooling systems that I have ever had the unlucky encounter of dealing with. Not only is the control device unquestionably ancient, and is an old dial control device from forever ago. But the heating and AC plan that is in the building is not even good! As a matter of fact both of my furnace and my are regularly splitting down and I am regularly having to call a building service to send out a repairman to repair it. The last time that my air conditioning plan broke when the service guy came out to take a look at it, he informed myself and others that even he couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it and that it was a more complex issue and that if I wanted to have it fixed I would have to contact a heating and cooling supplier to service it. After waiting several weeks, I was finally able to get an appointment with the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C business. The repair was expensive and complicated, and I am just really fatigued of all this old technology. I wish that my landlord would replace to a newer technology for the building so that the heating and AC plan would stop splitting down all the time and then the two of us could worry much less about repairs.
