There is a temperature control that uses GPS to track the location of family members’ smartphones. It creates a radius around the house. Whenever the family enters or exits that perimeter, the temperature control automatically adjusts temperature. Some of today’s models offer voice commands, energy tracking, energy saving tips plus can even light up as you approach. There are models that concernshoot plus send alerts to both the homeowner plus the chosen Heating plus A/C supplier. I can’t decide on the model I want to install into my home.
