Mini split for workout space

When I moved out of the town plus into my new house in a more rural setting, a gym membership was no longer feasible.

Because my level of fitness is absolutely pressing to me, I needed to set up an at-house workout space.

I workout every single day for approximately an hour. I need satisfactory square footage to accommodate jumping rope, jumping jacks, lunges, squats plus weight lifting. I wanted enough room to add an incline bench, mini trampoline, kettlebells, free weights, yoga mat plus possibly an elliptical. A smooth plus level floor plus great ventilation are priorities. Because of the frosty winters plus warm summers in my local area, temperature control is also essential. My new house included a workshed in the backyard. The shed already had stone floors, electricity plus a pair of good-sized windows. It was insulated but had no means of regulating temperature. I considered box fans for the summer time plus an electric space furnace for the winter, but didn’t love this idea. I didn’t want heating plus cooling unit taking up valuable space. I started looking for something permanent that I could mount up high on the wall. A ductless heat pump turned out to be the ideal solution. The plan consists of an outdoor compressor linked to a absolutely compact plus narrowindoor air handler. The air handler includes both heating plus cooling capacity plus can be adjusted through an app on my PC. The plan runs quietly plus is exceptionally energy efficient. It really maintains my desired temperature all year round plus also helps to combat excess humidity during the summer.
