I had just bought my home, and it is a reading curve love I had never expected… It seemed that whenever I turned around, I found something else wrong with the house, although I don’t know how to repair it, then last week, the ultimate repair needed to be made, my gas furnace broke and I had just started it.
- I was told it was in superb condition, and I knew it had been worked on, so I couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it.
I knew I needed to call the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C supplier and get a worker to the house, although I wasn’t sure which Heating, Ventilation, and A/C supplier to call. I called the first Heating, Ventilation, and A/C supplier I came to in the local area, and gave them a call… When the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C worker arrived, it shocked myself and others to see a lady get out of the repair van. I was speechless and could only stare at her, but not only was she the first Heating, Ventilation, and A/C worker I had ever seen, but she was the most lovely lady I had ever seen… She pushed my mouth shut and asked where the gas furnace was. I followed her to the basement and sat on the steps the entire time she was working on the gas furnace. When she was done, she walked upstairs with myself and others following. She sat at the table and told myself and others what was wrong with the gas furnace and told myself and others what it would cost to have it repaired. She said I would need a new gas furnace in a year or so, however for now, she could repair it once I gave her the go ahead. I asked how long it would take, and she told myself and others it would take about an hour. I wished it would take longer.
