Wealthy people don’t typically live in mansions with complicated climate control units

I knew a few wealthy people growing up who looked enjoy any average middle class folks.

I l received at that age that people who legitimately had lots of currency went out of their way to prevent others from knowing, lest they get judged for their financial worth instead of their character.

There are billionaires that live in two story homes with 3-4 kitchens and cars that are over 15 years old. As far as how they spend their riches, I can’t say for sure. Some devote those resources towards philanthropy, while others might have expensive hobbies and meal habits. When I was delivering packages for a major shipping company, I had a lot of wealthy people on our route that I recognized by name alone. While a honest share of them were in classic looking mansions, some would purposefully live much more minimally. They don’t need $10,000 geothermal heating systems and radiant flooring if a simple central furnace works on its own. This actor who made millions on every movie had a condo with ductless mini splits in every room. A state politician had actual window air conditioner systems that you could see from the street. The thing is, you don’t need to live in a mansion with a complicated climate control plan just because you can technically afford it. And if that currency ever runs dry, you won’t be able to maintain that expensive lifestyle. I wouldn’t mind a geothermal heating plan for sheer efficiency purposes alone, however I don’t guess I could ever afford the high cost of entry. As far as air conditioners are nervous, I’m enjoyable with a traditional cut style central cooling system.
