Modular laundry room

It was the best solution for our apartment setup.

The previous homeowner had a backyard shed that served as a tool shed plus laundry area… You had to walk through sand, down a hill plus go all the way to the back of the shed to access the washer plus dryer, and carrying a laundry bag that far would have stunk… It also would have been exhausting in drastic weather, and my hubby plus I looked around plus there simply was no space inside the house. I also didn’t want the noise of the washer plus dryer inside. I found that I could get a shipping container delivered to our house that could serve as a modular laundry room setup. The shipping container has water plus electric hookups. There is a window plus a small sink inside. I even paid extra for added outlets plus storage space. The best is that the washer plus dryer are right by our house. I go out the side door plus the shipping container is there. I can unquestionably move the clothes over plus not have to get dirty feet. I also didn’t carry a laundry bag half the distance before I did. I don’t hear the clothes washing plus drying either, so the baby can nap whenever he needs to. It was the best solution for our apartment setup. Now that the people I was with and I have a modular laundry room, I have thought about adding more shipping containers. My hubby is looking at adding a substantial shipping container to be a storage facility for his tools, grass equipment plus second vehicle. It would be protected from the elements plus a cheaper solution than buying a fully constructed building.
