Her employer sent her to a training seminar, and she was gone for a week.
Imelda chose to stay 3 extra afternoons in the city, so she could go to a football game and see the museum. When she got to the hotel on Sunday, Imelda checked into her room so she could get settled. She had a 10-hour drive, and her legs were stiff and sore. Her back was hurting too. The guy at the front desk seemed to be nice and accommodating. He asked Imelda if she wanted to be in a room facing the street or the woods. She didn’t mind where the room was located, as long as it had heat. It was 10° outside, and Imelda was ready to check into her room so she could warm up. Her room was located on the 10th floor. Imelda grabbed all of her bags and her briefcase, and she took the elevator to the 10th floor. She found her room at the end of the hall. Imelda used her key card to open up the door; As soon as she opened the door, she felt the heat coming out of the room. The room was super warm and humid. Imelda left the front door open for a few minutes. She let some of the air out into the hallway. The temperature control on the wall furnace was set to 75°. Imelda wanted the room to be warm, but 75° was way too hot. She turned off the heating device for a while until the room reached a comfortable temperature.
