I thought I was going to make it in comedy and become this bigtime famous entertainer one day.
- I guess it is nice to dream and to aspire to become greatness, but on the same token it is also good to throw in the towel when you realize those dreams aren’t going to come true.
I am still in show business in some form with my drumming and singing in a two man band, and probably will be so for many years to come. I love playing music and it doesn’t matter anymore to me if I “make it”. HVAC repair and service is my main gig which brings in the money, but my passion is in music and probably will remain so till my arms can’t drum anymore. I’d love to play in clubs, those with some good climate control systems so that we stay comfy, and would also like to travel around the world doing gigs. I really have a deep love for performing in front of live audiences because it allows me to create cool songs and connect with people all over the world. The heating and cooling supplier where I work told me that they could maybe have us do gigs for all of the HVAC companies and HVAC service centers around the country, since the owner is well connected and really likes the sound of our music. We may buy a campervan this summer and use it to tour around the country, which is the ultimate dream of mine in the end. We shall see what happens.
