I hear some noise outside and I think we are going to get a nice little storm later on. We have a cold front hitting us today, which is nice because it cools down a lot at night and is great for sleeping. My aunt likes to keep the house a bit warmer than I am used to, but with the cold front hitting it should cool down my bedroom really well and make it a good temp for sleeping. She runs the A/C but keeps the smart thermostat set to about 74F, which is a bit too warm for someone like me who is a hot sleeper most of the time. I like to sleep in a room that is below 70F, and I think the low tonight is going to be down in the lower 50s. I will open my windows tonight in my bedroom and let the natural climate control system cool down my room just like a mini split A/C unit would do but for no cost at all. I gave my aunt $50 a couple of days ago for letting me stay here for a little while and she lost it about an hour later and hasn’t been able to find it since. I made that money doing a hot water heater install for a friend and then my aunt turned around and tossed it out in the breeze. I hope my little nine year old niece didn’t take it because we can’t find it anywhere and she had been asking for money to pay for a video game online.
