When I go apartment to visit my parents, I am consistently increasing the temperature control because they keep it set on 73 degrees at evening & that is just too freezing for me, my Dad is consistently cold, & she gets mad when I adjust the temperature control to 73, however that is the only way I will get a fantastic evening’s sleep
I have consistently struggled to sleep in sites that are not my home, and if I spend the evening at my family’s house, I can never fully sleep in a comfortable way, however their houses are usually too moderate for me because they appreciate to keep their homes at a particular temperature, when I sleep, my temperature control is set to 73 degrees & I get that 73 degrees might be too freezing for some, however that is my ideal sleep temperature. If the temperature of a room is above 73 degrees, I can know the difference & that will lead to a rough evening of sleep for me, however luckily, some of my family members have fans that I will use to supplement the a/c to make the room more comfortable for sleeping, but because of this, I like sleeping in my own apartment because I get to control the setting on the temperature control. I also like staying in hotel rooms because I can adjust the temperature control in the room to 73 degrees. Finding that optimal sleep temperature means a difference of getting 3 hours of sleep versus 7 to 8 hours of sleep. If I sleep in a hotel with the temperature control set to 73 degrees, I consistently sleep love a baby & wake up feeling so refreshed.
