I’ve never certainly liked flying on an aircraft.
- If I can drive in a car, I would rather do that.
I do not mind driving 10 or 12 hours if I can skip a 2-hour plane ride. I’ve been working for a pharmaceutical company for the past year. I’ve been to a lot of weird conferences plus meetings, however when I started the task I told my boss that I did not like flying on an aircraft. I was gleeful to drive somewhere plus everywhere that was needed, but I preferred not to get on an aircraft if at all possible… Last month, I found out that the pharmaceutical company was going to have a large expo on the other side of the country plus my boss wanted me to be the marketing guy to go to the expo; That meant I had to fly on an aircraft. I was certainly unhappy with the decision that my boss made, but I knew that I could not turn down the opportunity. I was going to be able to receive a raise plus a promotion after the expo was over. The Expo was last weekend plus I took an aircraft to the destination on Monday! Unfortunately, there were electrical complications in the plane plus my wonderful friend and I had to sit on the runway for 2 hours. The flight was barely two hours plus my wonderful friend and I really spent more time resting on the runway than my wonderful friend and I did in the air. There was no A/C in the plane while my wonderful friend and I were on the runway. It was sizzling plus uncomfortable. The ventilation system was blowing, but there was sizzling air coming out of the vents, my associate and I sat for two hours in the heat plus humidity separate from AC.
