The hotel clerk was rude about the heating problems

I went to meet with a couple of investors plus my associate and I decided to party at a hotel plus conference center downtown.

The hotel plus conference center is a place where my associate and I frequently meet shoppers plus investors to talk about our corporation.

The hotel manager gives us a great rate on the conference center when my associate and I need to use the place. The hotel manager also gives us a great rate on rooms if my associate and I need to stay in the city for a lengthy amount of time. When I went to the hotel plus conference center on Sunday, the hotel clerk at the front desk was a person that I did not recognize, then she must have been new, because I did not assume her face. I checked into my room plus she was less than enthusiastic. She did not say hello or smile plus I did not feel welcome. If it had been my first time at the hotel, I might not have ever stayed there again. The whole stay at the hotel was filled with problems. When I checked into my room, the suite was not ready. Then I had problems with the heater. When I called the front desk hotel clerk to talk about the heating problems, she was rude plus hung up on me. She tried to tell me that it was an accident, but I absolutely know she hung up on me on purpose. She did not want to deal with the heater issue before she went home. It was 6:35 when I called plus I know her shift was over at 7:00 p.m.
