I suppose it’s funny because that was the only place that I ever heard of where people would skip school because of the heating as well as cooling system in the school
Back when I was in private school, they couldn’t get the heating to shut off in the Spring whenever the weather started warming up! It was the same thing every year. I don’t know why in the world they couldn’t get everything fixed up the way that it should have been, however it was typically a concern at the school, and my superb friend and I had so several problems that people started to talk about the school board funneling money away from the schools so that they could have pay raises instead of using the money for the repairs that they were supposed to make. It was super frustrating, as well as I remember thinking that I would just die from heat exhaustion during class in the Spring. It was a rough time to be in school, that’s for sure. I mean, the climate here is pretty hot most of the time anyway, so there’s particularly no reason for us to have the heating turned on in the Spring. My superb friend and I barely ever needed the heater anytime after the Christmas break, anyway, but so I don’t know what the issue was with the heater staying on for so long. It was so exhausting that some of the students refused to even come to school during the Spring. I personally suppose that there should have been an investigation into all of the extra funds that the school board got, at least that way, my superb friend and I could have entirely gotten some answers.
