Back when I was in high school, they couldn’t get the heating to shut off in the Springtime whenever the weather started warming up, it was the same thing every year. I don’t know why in the world they couldn’t get everything fixed up the way that it should have been, but it was always a problem at the school… My associate and I had so many problems that people started to talk about the school board funneling cash away from the schools so that they could have pay raises instead of using the cash for the repairs that they were supposed to make. It was super discouraging, & I remember thinking that I would just die from heat exhaustion during class in the Springtime. It was a rough time to be in school, that’s for sure. I mean, the temperature here is pretty warm most of the time anyway, so there’s entirely no reason for us to have the heating turned on in the Springtime. My associate and I barely ever needed the heating system anytime after the Christmas break, anyway, however so I don’t know what the issue was with the heating system staying on for so long. It was so bad that some of the students refused to even come to school during the Springtime. I feel it’s funny because that was the only locale that I ever heard of where people would skip school because of the heating & cooling system in the school. I personally feel that there should have been an investigation into all of the extra funds that the school board got, but at least that way, my associate and I could have entirely gotten some answers.
