One of our local Heating, Ventilation & A/C companies held a raffle as a fundraiser Last year & my brother ended up winning the grand prize.
I couldn’t feel that he had won when he called me up to tell me the news, but our family is notoriously bad at winning things, that’s for sure.
I can count on one hand the times that any of us have ever won anything like that in the past fifty years. Anyway, he somehow managed to win the grand prize that the Heating, Ventilation & A/C supplier was sponsoring & it was perfect timing for her. She was in need of a new heating system for his home anyway, & so the fact that he won this raffle prize meant that he was going to be able to spend all of the cash that he had saved for his new Heating, Ventilation & A/C system on something else. As you can entirely imagine, he was beyond excited at the fact that he was going to have all of this extra cash. The Heating, Ventilation & A/C supplier that was sponsoring the raffle even came out to install the Heating, Ventilation & A/C equipment for her. I was entirely cheerful for his because if anyone needed a new Heating, Ventilation & A/C system & better indoor air quality, it was my brother. I do have to say that I am just a little bit jealous of her, though. I wish that I could win something like that. Maybe this year, I will enter the raffle that the Heating, Ventilation & A/C supplier hosts. It would be so cool if I could end up winning a brand new heating & cooling system too!
