A difficult option that needs to be made.

Many people are uncomfortable with the idea of change.

  • Some don’t even like the simplest of choices so when it comes to a life changing one they feel undoubtedly overwhelmed.

In fact, they may tend to put off making those choices until it is almost too late & that can only add to the problem. I have found that making them feel confident & comfortable about buying a current Heating & Air Conditioning system is a delicate process, but first off they need to be convinced that it is a necessary change. I only get the call to meet with them after a professional has deemed their current system beyond repair or too old to be efficient. You would feel that they would welcome a visit from me however most are not convinced that spending tons of money on a current system is unquestionably necessary. I go into the appointment with an arsenal of information about the efficiency rating, savings on energy & improvements to the value of their homes. My good friend and I sit down & go over all the pros & cons of each system. Sporadically I have a buyer that knows what they want instantly however that is not the norm. Sporadically it takes several appointments to convince them which system is best for them. It is a difficult decision & I understand that however it makes my task unquestionably difficult occasionally. In the end, my goal is to make all of my customers enthusiastic & comfortable with their choice. I love when they call me a month or two down the road & tell me how much they are saving on their energy bill or how comfortable their house is after the replacement of the current Heating & Air Conditioning system.
