Large household automation device is perfect

My hubby plus I splurged plus purchased a large house on the water! It has multiple stories plus so more than 2 beds plus lavatorys, my buddy and I are just two people so it is a bit daunting.

I have done everything I can to keep things streamlined plus easy.

I have a maid, grass service, pool guy, plus a boat lady. This keeps me doing what I would love to do rather than household jobs. I also invested in a building automation system. I am able to control everything in a single hub; First, when you live in a upscale house like mine you need security. My cameras, automated outdoor lighting, surveillance, plus door plus windows locks are all linked together, but when someone approaches the door, the lights turn on plus cameras are rolling. If you don’t use the right code or cut a door lock, the police are notified. For inside I am able to save quite a bit of money with integrated HVAC control. I have it that the HVAC is zone control capable. So you aren’t getting any HVAC unless you are in the room. My office powers on the AC when it senses me plus the lights turn on. When I leave everything powers down. I find that I stick to one part of the house quite a bit plus don’t venture in the others ever. It is amazing how much I save by not providing heating plus lights to the unused bed plus lavatorys. For larger homes I don’t know how people get by without automation. It is the way of the future.
