My dentist is currently monitoring my flu symptom troubles.

Occasionally I wonder whether I’m more annoyed on all of these medications when I struggle with the side effects. My dentist sympathized with me & offered me the recommendation to try an media air cleaner for my apartment. Even if I couldn’t control my environmental triggers outdoors care about pollen, dust, & mold spores, I could at least wash my indoor air & keep it clear of these irritants. I was skeptical that it would make a noticeable difference. He said that I needed a equipment with a HEPA filter & UV-C bulbs. The HEPA filter collects 99.9% of all airborne particulate & the UV-C bulbs sanitize the air as it passes through. The combined effect of the more than one factors working in tandem means that you can severely improve your apartment’s air quality by simply running the machine. After a few weeks of continual use, I have started to think comfortable again in my home. It’s still taxing dealing with the lung irritants when I leave my apartment, however I at least have respite whenever I get home. It’s not perfect by any stretch of the imagination, however it’s a substantial improvement.
