Ever since she started using the central air conditioning system this year, there has been a uncommon stink coming out of the air conditioning system vents at our mom’s house. I go over there at least several or four times a week, so I have witnessed it myself various times. She told myself and others about the stink that was coming from the air conditioning system vents, but she had no idea what was causing it. I did a little bit of research online to see what I could find out about stinks coming from heating and cooling vents. I looked up a website from 1 of the local heating and cooling dealers to see what they had to say about the issue. Most of the articles that I read said that different stinks coming from the heating and cooling ducts usually have to do with something adore mold or mildew growing inside the air ducts, another occasion would be that somehow something adore a rodent or other small pet had gotten stuck in the ventilation duct and died somewhere in there. That would mean that every single time the air conditioning system or the oil furnace turned on, the yucky stink would come blowing out through the air vents. That sounded disgusting to myself and others and when I told our Dad about it, she immediately called the local Heating and A/C contractor and busy a professional air vent cleaning for the following week, and every one of us are easily hoping that once they scrub the air ducts out, the uncommon stink will go completely away! If it doesn’t, I don’t believe what we’re going to do.
