Residential becomes commercial with construction

And, I am finally ADA compliant so I cannot be sued

I have always run this supplier biz out of our home. I have a fairly big house as well as I live alone! So I have 2 spare rooms that I keep for myself. The rest of the house has slowly been taken over by our business. When I first started out it was only me. Then I hired 1 guy as well as then another, then now I have 8 employees who are working out of the house as well as I need to hire at least 2 more for the coming months. Thankfully this area is zoned for residential as well as commercial usage. However, our house is running out of space. That is why I hired a construction as well as remodeling contractor to slightly expand our office building as well as make it a little bit more commercial instead of residential. I was pretty upset about permits as well as stuff adore that but the construction contractor was able to handle all of that for me. I have to admit, it was a bit of a pain to have half of our house torn down. For a little while I started wondering what I had gotten myself into, but now that it is all done as well as I couldn’t be happier. Now our residential area is completely separate from the crowded commercial section of the house. Everything has been reconstructed to make it much easier for our employees to get their works done. And, I am finally ADA compliant so I cannot be sued. Now that that is done I am thinking of having the construction contractors do a bit of light industrial construction in our garage. It would be nice if I could keep all of our myriad office supplies neatly put away instead of stacking them throughout the office.
