I was thinking about this movie I really liked called ‘The Terminal’. I guess you could say I’m a big fan of a lot of movies starring Tom Hanks. Spoiler alert in case anybody is reading this who has not watched this movie, if so please don’t read any further. This movie was great and it was about this guy from a foreign country coming to fulfill one of his deceased father’s wishes. Unfortunately, he gets stuck in this terminal and is not permitted to leave for certain unfortunate circumstances. He has to basically live in the terminal and he faces all kinds of challenges. The guy who runs the terminal is actually his enemy even though this man is not looking for enemies. He makes friends and then overcomes numerous challenges. He is able to figure out how to make a makeshift bedroom in a closed down area of the airport where he is able to get somewhat comfortable. I thought it was cool how everything came together with this fellow considering his unfortunate situation. I just wondered how frustrating it would be not being able to adjust the temperature control settings or to enjoy a nice shower in the mornings. He had to wash up in the bathrooms which had to be difficult. He eventually was able to fulfill the wish of his father with the right connections though and it was beautiful in the end when he was able to do that. I definitely would recommend this movie to anybody who hasn’t seen it.
