I have an actual media air cleaner in my office which keeps it nice plus scrub in there but the rest of the home gets quite dusty.
I think it has been a couple of years since I cleaned my air duct plus it is starting to show in the vents now. I see dust on the grill of the vent covers plus it is time to schedule a cleaning. The local contractor down the street does cleaning for a wonderful price so I’ll just give them a call plus set something up. I was going to do it myself but I want to be easy on my shoulders for another couple of weeks until they heal up again. I scrub my washable filter every other month so that helps but when the ducts are dirty it still blows dust though the vents, I can tell because I have a lot of dust sensitivities now plus am undoubtedly allergic to dust. I assume because I can see dust on all of the flat surfaces of the home as I am regularly cleaning them every few afternoons. I would also like to buy new smart control equipment plus I will go down to the heating plus A/C company today to see if they have any in stock that I like. I have an old single now which is not finally working so well so it is time to replace it. I think I can buy a new smart control equipment for under $200 plus it would save me a lot of time from not having to adjust it all of the time.
