I guess it has been a couple of years since I cleaned our HVAC duct as well as it is beginning to show in the vents now.
I see dust on the grill of the vent covers as well as it is time to schedule a cleaning. The local company down the street does cleaning for a good price so I’ll just supply them a call as well as set something up. I was going to do it myself although I want to be easy on our shoulders for another couple of weeks until they heal up again. I do clean our washable filter every other month so that helps, however when the ducts are dirty it still blows dust though the vents, I can tell because I have a lot of dust irritations now as well as am honestly allergic to dust. I have an air cleaner in our office which keeps it nice as well as clean there, however the rest of the condo gets quite dusty. I guess because I can see dust on all of the flat surfaces of the condo as I am always cleaning them every few afternoons. I would also love to buy a new smart temperature control as well as go down to the HVAC company today to see if they have any in stock that I like. I have another seasoned 1 now which is not working so well so it is time to upgrade it. I guess I can buy a new smart temperature control for under $200 as well as it would save me a lot of time from not having to adjust it all of the time.
