My daughter was turning 16 and we wanted to throw her a large birthday party at our home.
We started making plans a week before the party.
The guest list was a long one since my little girl is very popular in school. I ordered two cakes and hired a catering company to handle the food. This was going to be a big day for my daughter, and I wanted to make it as special as possible! The day before the party, everything was coming together nicely. We decorated early so that we could all enjoy the party. However, something was not right inside of our home. As we placed the decorations around the living room, we noticed the air conditioner was not blowing cool air. Instead, the HVAC unit was blowing hot air. This was very concerning because the party was in just one day! I quickly got on the phone and called a local HVAC provider. I explained to the nice lady on the other end of the line that my HVAC system was blowing hot air. She dispatched an HVAC technician who arrived at my home a little over an hour after I called. The HVAC technician and a helper began looking over my unit. They checked every part of the heating and cooling unit and found the problem. The HVAC crew replaced a part and did some other service work to the unit. After they were done, the air conditioner fired up and started cooling off my very hot house. The sound of the HVAC system was music to my ears! Thanks to this very helpful HVAC business, my daughter’s sweet 16 party was saved!
