I always give my customers a great deal and the word has spread about my fair prices. My dealership is one of the most popular in town. One Saturday morning, a lot of customers came in. I made several sales before noon which is always great! As the day wore on, I noticed the office started to get very muggy. It was a hot day but the office was always cool even on the worst days of summer. I went outside and checked the HVAC unit to see if it was running. The air conditioner was running which made me wonder why it was so hot inside. Since I know very little about heating and cooling systems, I called an HVAC provider for help. The HVAC business quickly picked up the phone and I told them what was going on. An HVAC technician was sent out to my location an hour after I called. The HVAC guy was very nice and he started working on my system right away. I went to lunch and let the heating and cooling expert do his thing. After I came back from lunch, the air conditioner had been fixed. The HVAC technician was still there and told me everything was working fine now. He serviced the heating and cooling unit and put some Freon in the compressor. I asked him how much I owe him, and he said the HVAC provider would bill me at the end of the month. I was very pleased with the work that was done, and the bill was lower than I expected.
